Phone Consultations
Our doctors are all available to provide phone consultations as well as face-to-face consultations.
You will receive a message from Hot Docs for prepayment to hold your appointment. If you do not respond Hot Docs will cancel your appointment.
Eligibility criteria apply for Medicare rebates on phone consultations, including the requirement of having had a face-to-face appointment within the last 12 months. Payment for the consultation must be made in full on the day. For more details and assistance, please contact our friendly reception staff.
