Aabed is an Adelaide trained physiotherapist with an interest in a wide range of musculoskeletal, spinal and orthopaedic conditions. He has strong experience in manual and manipulative therapy along with home exercise prescription. Aabed can also speak Farsi/dari, Hindi and Urdu
Physiotherapist
Nabeel Mohammad is a physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia. He specializes in Sports/Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Health Maintenance, treating various injuries with trigger point therapy, soft tissue treatment, dry needling, exercise prescription, and general education. He enjoys boxing and mixed martial arts in his free.

Psychologist
David believes that building rapport is a fundamental component of any therapeutic relationship. He works across a range of age groups from adolescent to late adulthood. He is committed to providing a quality service that embraces client input. This approach emphasises client centred skills which also include relapse prevention.
David is dedicated to providing high quality work with a therapeutic approach which encompasses an eclectic approach using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques. David has an interest in neurology and coming from a clinical rehabilitation background, is well versed in the complexities people may experience with chronic illness.
In his spare time David is keen on staying fit and enjoys time with his diverse friendship group. He enjoys travelling to faraway places and equally sharing his experiences.

Lucy is a warm and approachable psychologist. She supports individuals over 18 years of age and is committed to providing a high-quality psychological service.
Lucy treats a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, burnout, relationship issues, and work-related injuries.
Using a collaborative approach, her aim is to help individuals better understand their thoughts and feelings and create meaningful change.
In her practice, Lucy uses a range of psychological interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
Her interests are in running, tennis, AFL and fashion. In her spare time, she likes to exercise, travel, and spend time with friends and family.

Adeline is the Director of Nutri4Life and is also an Accredited Practising Dietitian as well as a Registered Pharmacist. As a Dietitian and Nutritionist, Adeline works with individuals who are looking to create sustainable long-term healthy lifestyle changes; effectively manage medical conditions; and improve their health through good nutrition. By taking small achievable steps along with good nutrition and support, Adeline will guide you through your journey to achieve long-term health and well-being.
